“I can’t tell you what a difference this work made last week..I feel like I have somebody else’s feet..Lol..like almost normal feet..LOL!!! Thanks! I can’t wait to see what other good changes occur!”                                                                                            Laurie S., Monroe Twp, NJ.

“I am a Yoga teacher and I also own a Yoga studio. In Yoga we speak a lot about being ‘grounded’, but I realize now that I never felt what ‘being grounded’ meant until this moment!”                                                                                                                Shannon E., Princeton, NJ.

“Standing at a party used to be brutal for me…that is no longer the case! I am walking & standing in a much better way (as an example – my lower back pain upon standing is much reduced).”                                                                                           “Not only has  my posture dramatically improved, but as a result of this work, when I play tennis now – my range of motion has greatly increased.  I think this is important work for most people – especially for those with postural issues!”        Kelly H., New Hope, PA

“Being a ‘Tom-boy’, I’ve had my fair share of broken bones, sprains, etc. The most significant injuries I’ve had were:  As a 5 year old, being kicked in the chest by a horse and knocked out;  my sternum and a few of my ribs were broken. Ten years ago I became acutely ill with Lymes disease and have suffered from heart problems, blurred vision and I find I am not able to stretch well. The most severe mishap was a skiing accident from 25 yrs ago, in which amongst other things, I obtained a concussion which lead to a brain injury; I also suffered amnesia due to the injury. I now have permanent neurologic issues and some permanent memory issues.                                                                                                                                 The most damaging result of this accident was that it was necessary to have a spinal fusion surgery. I have been under Chiropractic care for the last 20 years and although I am basically pain free and have full range of motion, my Chiropracter recommended I work with Bobbi Jackson. I visited Ms. Jackson for the KMI (short) ‘3 series’. At my first visit I instantly attained benefits in balance and had fuller range of motion in my ankles and toes.                                                          I was acutely aware since I was young, that my chest cavity did not expand; I had always just thought of myself as a ‘shallow breather’. During my second visit (which focused on my torso area), the most amazing thing occurred as Ms. Jackson began manipulating my pectoral area and ribs. Instantly, I felt ‘something’ give and release and I was able to take in air fully for the first time in all these years! After many years of not thinking about it, I began remembering the incident with the horse – I not only had not connected the breathing problems to the kick in the chest, but had actually forgotten about it having happened! That evening, I had difficulty sleeping for fear that my new ability to breath at full capacity would revert to its previous norm. I was astounded in the morning when I realized the results remained and I continue to reap the health benefits!!                                                                                                                                                 In my final session with Ms. Jackson, she focused on my neck and shoulder region, addressing 25 year old knots caused by my spinal fusion surgery. I would like to express my gratitude and well wishes to Bobbi and thank her for educating me about injury and connective tissue, as well as,  working with me to undo many decades of ‘damage’. I also think that combining Chiropractic care with Structural Integration is an excellent way to obtain optimal health.”                    Marie L., Hamilton, NJ

“I was on the rowing (crewing team) these last 3 semesters in college, but I had to stop rowing because of pain in my hip and back; I had pretty bad posture as well.  Sometimes after rowing I would feel throbbing pain when sitting in class, and sometimes my knees would start bothering me too.                                                          The Structural Integration series has enabled me to continue my active lifestyle – I am back to rowing and riding (jumpers)! I found that as a result of this work, the pain disappeared. Structural Integration has been extremely helpful for solving pain and other structural problems. Today my body feels more relaxed, balanced and in tune. What I liked about the series was that it was not painful work and throughout the process, Bobbi helped by explaining the sessions and how the work might affect the body…understanding the process was very helpful.”                                                                                                                                                 Holly T., Flemington, NJ

“? I am so grateful to you – I am smiling like never before – I can breath!!!! For the first time in my life I am standing up straight without the discomfort of forcing that position. Thank you so much. Once again you are truly a miracle! Gratefully, Susan”                                                                                                                       Susan S., Princeton, NJ

“I started getting migraines at least once a week after a bad fall off my horse that resulted in a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury). The years aftwards, the headaches started to become less frequent but if I didn’t sleep well, was over-tired, or if my neck was sore I would get one that would last for days. They would start on my right temple and eventually creep over across the front of my head to the left temple.                                                                                                                                                         When I get migraines I am sensative to light and bending over to pick anything up feels like there is a boulder in my head trying to get out. I talked to Bobbi about this and she told me she had a therapy she wanted to try with me, and we did it. The therapy which is part of her Structural Integration Cranial Session is called ‘Cranial Torque’ and it is useful in cases where people have had concussions, get migraines, or even have had traumatic brain injuries (TBI).           That was about 6 months ago and since then I have not had a migraine from being over-tired or not sleeping well – NOT ONE! I went from knowing that if I didn’t sleep a solid 6-8 hours that I was definitely going to have a bad day, to not having to worry about that anymore which is a great feeling”.                           Meredith S., Flemington, NJ

I went to Bobbi on the advice of my Chiropractor. When I was in my teens I was in a very traumatic car accident and almost died. Amongst other things, both of my femurs (my upper thighs) were broken. As a result my legs did not heal properly. This REALLY affected my posture and I deal with a lot of pain in my body.                                                                                                                                                       Bobbi would help me with my aches and pains all over and that benefitted me by giving a lot of relief for my discomfort. I was really surprised how much this work was able to improve my posture. I also found it was very helpful that Bobbi always explained what she was doing and why…I found that was a very thoughtful way of helping with one’s healing process!”                                                    Bob R., Lambertville, NJ

”When I went to Bobbi I had already been having continuous back pain for 2-3 months and I hadn’t been working for almost 1 1/2 months (I am a painter). 3 years before, I was helping to moving a large ladder and had hurt my back. Within the 1st and 2nd session with Bobbi, I was already feeling a lot less tension in my muscles and the pain in my back was really reducing and I was able to go back to work. Between sessions 3 & 4th, after driving nearly 14 hours over the weekend, I realized my back didn’t even hurt afterwards!                                          As I went through the SI series I can say it became so much easier to move. Before SI, I used to feel pressure in my muscles. Now I don’t feel any of that muscle pressure! I used to get cramps in my legs and back 3-4 times per month and now I have stopped having those cramps! Before I started SI, I always felt stressed and often I felt tired; I just don’t feel that anymore!                                             I think the biggest benefit of SI for myself has been that I feel so much better in my body! I have NO back pain, I feel less stressed, I feel comfortable and free when I move. I feel less tired now everyday! My lower legs don’t cramp even if I am up standing on ladders working full 8 hour days one after another!”             Denis R., Princeton, NJ

”My main goal for trying Structural Integration was to restore feeling in the toes of my right foot (the numbness had resulted 2 years ago after surgery to repair my torn Achilles’ tendon).  Another goal was to improve body alignment. Lastly I needed help as I began trying athletic activities after so much time off since the surgery…I needed to restore my fitness and activity level as I had a physical coming up which I knew was going to require me to be able to run 1.5 miles (I hadn’t been able to run since my surgery).                                                                                 I found Structural Integration bodywork was much different than massage or physical therapy. This type of bodywork searches for the ‘root or underlying cause’ of the problem; SI does not treat just the ‘symptoms’!                                       The benefits of this work are that my postural alignment is much better and although not completely gone, the pain and numbness in my toes has greatly reduced. The biggest bonus I have gained from this work is that I am now able to work out pain free and have begun playing basketball again which I haven’t done in 2 years due to my inability to run!”                                                                                     Henry M., JB-MDL, NJ
